Gain the skills and confidence to respond in an emergency

Our Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) course is a one-day, RQF qualification designed to provide learners with the essential knowledge and practical skills needed to respond effectively to a range of workplace emergencies. This nationally recognised course meets the requirements of the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) for emergency first aid provision in low-risk workplaces. Through a combination of practical, hands-on training and interactive learning, you’ll develop the confidence to provide immediate care until the emergency services arrive.

    Who is this course for?

    This course is ideal for:

    • Employees working in low to medium-risk environments, including offices, retail premises, hospitality, schools and small businesses.
    • Individuals appointed as workplace first aiders.
    • Employers who need to meet HSE first aid requirements where a full First Aid at Work qualification
      is not necessary.

If you work in a higher-risk environment, have a larger workforce, or require more comprehensive first aid
training, our 3-Day First Aid at Work (FAW) course is recommended.
